Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
